search of an experience QA Technicians with the aim to stop
wasteful production of poor-quality products and helps ensure that
customers do not receive subpar products.As an organization, we do
our best to ensure that our Hourly Production workers are able to
master their assigned roles before moving on to other positions
within the facility, but that is not always possible. Ideal
candidates for these positions must be agile and willing to shift
focus and energies as the business demand
changes.Responsibilities:Ensure products are made within product
specifications by inspecting products.Conducting inspection checks
on raw and finished products and document defects with accuracy and
details to ensure defects are not reproduced.Assist the plant
personnel when food safety and sanitation issues arise.Verifying
paperwork to adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
Reviewing the sanitation program as needed, including
pre-operational sanitation.Conduct pre-operational tasks to be
compliant with food safety and quality regulations. Proper use and
care of analytical instruments and equipment, including daily
calibration tests via documentation.Analyze documents for product
chemistry specifically salts, moisture, fats, and proteins look for
trends and notify the supervisor of any findings.Detail-oriented to
ensure all documentation and traceability is being done daily and
stored in a matter that can be pulled easily for traceability
tests.Capable of doing swabs, validation tests, and back up for
technicians when needed.Support SQF auditsEnsure all staff within
the facility follow GMP requirements. The above statements are

Constant standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, 6 days a week (Loading
dock 7 days as needed per schedule.) (2 allowed breaks are
scheduled based on the union contract and operational
requirements.)Working Conditions:Subjected to hot/cold and wet
environments Must have the ability to climb stairs, ladders,
etc.Good attendance and safety records Comments:The schedule for
this position is typicallyMon - Fri. Weekend work required as
scheduled. During Fall Season, Saturdays are typically scheduled.If
