Drive cash flow forecasting and ensure appropriate controls around AP, AR, and weekly disbursements. Develop and maintain internal controls, compliance protocols, and financial policies to safeguard the organization. Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership teams to ensure accurate job costing and performance tracking. Mentor a dedicated team of project accountants while partnering cross-functionally across departments to support strategic initiatives. Qualifications: 10 years in Accounting/Finance, with 2 years leading in the construction industry Advanced Excel skills working knowledge of CMiC and Procore strongly preferred Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA a major plus This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is not only a skilled financial leader but also a strong collaborator with an eye toward continuous improvement and team development.
