Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Grand Rapids, MI Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM - Fully Onsite Our client, a leading door supplier with locations in West Michigan, is looking to add a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to their Grand Rapids-area team. Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities Full-cycle AP processing (approx. 130 invoices/day, 500/week) 3-way match and manual data entry (until ERP go-live in August) Non-inventory payable and vendor invoice processing Invoice coding to departments Check and ACH processing Vendor setup and maintenance Credit card reconciliation and processing Petty cash management and 1099 processing Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office is required Previous AP experience is a strong plus Experience with MS Dynamics Navision is helpful, but not required Must be detail-oriented and able to learn quickly Culture fit is key: we're looking for someone who lives out the values listed above and thrives in a team environment
