Job Description:
Staff Accountant Location: Hybrid | Grand Rapids, MI
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm We are
seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client's
team in Grand Rapids, MI . This hybrid role offers the opportunity
to work both in-office and remotely, with a full time schedule. If

hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable (AP),
including invoice processing and cash disbursements Reconcile cash
activity between the bank and company records File monthly sales
and use taxes Record journal entries, including cash, prepaids, and
accruals Complete account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in
financial records Qualifications: Must Have: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting (open to recent graduates with internships) At least 1
year of experience in general accounting (AP/AR/GL) Strong
understanding of GAAP Proficiency in MS Office Experience or
familiarity with data analytics Preferred: Experience with NetSuite
and AP/AR processing Knowledge of state and use tax regulations
Advanced Excel skills Background in healthcare ZRCFS
