Job Description:
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Kalamazoo,
MI Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (onsite) Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 Key Responsibilities: Process approximately 60
invoices per week using a mix of automated and manual systems
Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment
Input newly awarded projects into the system (approx. 1 hour/day)
Submit invoices through various customer portals as needed
Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain accurate
financial records Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
required 2-3 years of prior Accounts Receivable experience
(required) Experience with ConnectWise or Sage Intact (preferred)
Familiarity with AIA Billing (plus) Advanced Excel skills (plus)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to
manage multiple deadlines
