Property Manager Location: Kalamazoo, MI Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM | Onsite Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career with a growing, mission-driven company? Join our client's team and manage a well-established, 128-unit tax credit apartment complex in Kalamazoo. About Us: Rapidly growing company headquartered in DeWitt, MI We manage properties throughout West Michigan Close-knit, family-style culture with strong team support Excellent benefits and business casual dress code Property Manager Responsibilities: Manage the full leasing process: handle applications, paperwork, and tours Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects-via phone, email, and in-person Collect rent and deposits, monitor delinquency Ensure maintenance requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and compliance records (compliance support provided) Supervise on-site maintenance staff Qualifications: Required: Prior experience in property management or leasing Familiarity with tax credit, HUD, or affordable housing programs Strong communication and organization skills Basic computer proficiency Preferred: Experience using OneSite Desire to grow into a leadership role if coming from a leasing background INJUN2025
