This onsite role is located near Olivet, MI and offers an opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on supporting students and academic operations. Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist: Process and manage 50-100 invoices weekly , ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong working relationships. Assist with student billing functions , including account reviews, adjustments, and responding to billing inquiries. Maintain organized records in compliance with institutional and audit requirements. Support month-end close activities related to AP and billing. Qualifications for Accounts Payable Specialist: Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist 1 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems and comfort working with spreadsheets and financial data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite setting.
