Position Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator Location: South
Bend, IN (Onsite Only) Who We Are: We're a passionate property

operational excellence, we're looking to bring on a reliable and
detail-focused Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our
financial operations-specifically, rent processing and collections.
Role Summary: In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring
accurate posting of rent payments, maintaining resident account
records, and managing the collections process. Your attention to
detail and strong communication skills will help support both
residents and internal operations. Primary Responsibilities:
Monthly Rent Posting: Enter rent charges into resident accounts
using our property management platform. Payment Handling: Process
and apply payments from in-person and digital submissions in a
timely, accurate manner. Account Management: Keep detailed and
organized records of payment history and resident balances.
Collections Oversight: Track delinquent accounts and work with
external collection agencies to resolve outstanding debts. Resident
Support: Respond to resident questions and concerns about payments
or account statuses with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in accounts receivable,
bookkeeping, or property management is a plus. Exceptional accuracy
and attention to detail for data entry and record-keeping. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities. Comfortable handling confidential financial
information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management
software tools. This is a 100% onsite role-must be available to
