Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
and organized Payroll Coordinator to join the team. In this role,
you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing
of payroll for employees, maintaining compliance with federal and
state regulations, and providing exceptional support to staff
regarding payroll inquiries. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly
or monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws
and company policies. Review and verify timekeeping data,
deductions, and adjustments. Respond to employee inquiries
regarding pay, benefits, and deductions. Collaborate with HR and
Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.
Assist with year-end reporting, including W-2 and other tax
documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field preferred. 2 years of payroll experience, preferably in a
multi-state environment. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and
Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with federal and state payroll
regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational
skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information. Preferred Skills Experience with [insert payroll
software, e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom]. Strong communication and
problem-solving skills. Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental,
