Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Stephany Test, a leading company in the testing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the company's fiscal stability and growth. This is a full-time, individual contributor role and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance. Responsibilities: • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Manage and monitor cash flows and budget variancesnn • Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability • Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans • Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members • Participate in audits and tax preparation processes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • CPA or equivalent certification • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role • Proficient in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in the testing industry is a plus EEOC Statement: Stephany Test is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
