Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
and highly organized Mortgage Operations Specialist to support the
full lifecycle of mortgage processing, documentation, and servicing
workflows. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
across all operational activities within the mortgage team. The
ideal candidate has strong communication skills, thrives in a
fast-paced environment, and brings a solid understanding of
mortgage processes and loan documentation. Key Responsibilities
Review, verify, and process mortgage loan documentation for
completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Support loan officers, processors, and underwriters by managing
document flow, customer communication, and status updates Perform
data entry, system updates, and loan file maintenance in accordance
with company and investor guidelines Monitor pipeline activities to
ensure timely movement of loans through each stage of the process
Coordinate with internal teams-including underwriting, closing,
funding, and servicing-to resolve discrepancies or missing
information Assist with loan disclosures, compliance checks, and
reporting as needed Maintain an exceptional customer experience by
providing clear and professional responses to borrower inquiries
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements
to strengthen workflow Support post-closing and audit activities by
ensuring documentation meets quality standards Qualifications High
school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in
Business, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of
experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, servicing, or
financial services Familiarity with mortgage lending guidelines
(FHA, VA, Conventional) and compliance requirements preferred
Proficiency with LOS platforms (Encompass, Calyx, Blend, Empower,
etc.) a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven
environment Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive,
team-oriented mindset Preferred Experience Experience working with
mortgage disclosures or loan audits Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and
other industry regulations Ability to interpret loan documents and
investor requirements Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Search
