Segment Overview Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of
business-critical activities that keep our company running
efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to
human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the
opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing
policies. Position Purpose: The Credit Analyst will be responsible
for working with the risk team to identify, analyze, and mitigate
credit risk for the FCM. The analyst will perform credit reviews,
appropriate management of the credit data base, account onboarding,
and regular reporting. Responsibilities Primary Duties: Conduct
financial statement analysis to determine the viability, stability,
and overall financial health of clients Review of accounts, annual
reviews, temporary extensions, and waivers and amendments. This
includes requests for trading limits, credit lines, margin levels
and thresholds for futures, and foreign exchange trading.
Identifying and mitigating key credit issues Negotiate risk
mitigating instruments, including corporate and personal guarantees
Liaison with Risk staff for all credit-related issues Liaison with
Business units for trading limit and line requests Responsible for
the management of credit data and reporting Onboarding of new
clients and processing account applications Responsibility for and
in conjunction with compliance “Know Your Client” rules and client
referential data Perform Credit data checks on incoming
corporations and individuals Qualifications To land this role you
will need: 1 to 3 years in credit risk management or related risk
management Strong analytical skills, especially financial statement
analysis Strong quantitative skills Strong Excel and VBA skills
Strong writing and English skills Data entry, manipulation, and
presentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and to multitask Judgment and
discretion in working with highly confidential information is
critical. What makes you stand out: Python 3.x (NumPy, Pandas)
Familiarity with SQL Familiarity with Databricks GARP
Certifications CFA Education / Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field Working
environment: 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote Hiring
Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000. Salary to be determined by the
education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the
applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject
to business performance and recommendations of management, this
role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation
plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of
medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the
position, is offered.
