Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and experienced in managing day-to-day accounting functions. Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time position Key Responsibilities - Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) - Process payroll accurately and on time - Maintain accurate financial records - Reconcile bank and credit card statements - Assist with month-end reporting and general bookkeeping tasks Qualifications - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks - Experience processing payroll - Solid understanding of AR and AP procedures - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Punctual and dependable - Strong organizational and time management skills What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, meets deadlines consistently, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
