Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a
dependable and highly organized Office Coordinator to support daily
office operations in our Kalamazoo location. This role is essential
in keeping the office running smoothly by handling administrative
tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, and serving as a
point of contact for visitors and vendors. The ideal candidate is
proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced office
environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily office
operations to ensure efficiency and organization Answer phones,
respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems Perform data
entry, prepare reports, and update office records Order and manage
office supplies and coordinate with vendors Assist with onboarding
paperwork and internal communications Support leadership and staff
with administrative projects as needed Ensure a clean, organized,
and welcoming office environment Qualifications High school diploma
or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred 2 years of
administrative, office coordination, or clerical experience
preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational and time-management
skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to
multitask and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and
professionalism Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour Search
