What You'll Be Doing: The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role supports staff and management in multiple departments through organization, communication, and coordination of office activities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and manage records Order office supplies and maintain inventory Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics Support internal departments with administrative tasks and special projects Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures What sets you apart: Multitasking and prioritization Professional phone and email etiquette Customer service orientation Dependability and adaptability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: $ 24.04 – 28.85 per hour. Your pay can be higher than this if you have relevant experience.
