Job Description Job Description DESCRIPTION Ensure completion of
general repairs as well as preventive maintenance on
Agency-owned/Agency-operated properties, general premises
maintenance, repair and light construction tasks as assigned.
Skills needed : Principles and methods of basic electrical,
plumbing, carpentry, painting and other such maintenance skills.
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanical systems and vehicle
operational safety requirements . Lift up to 50 lbs. unaided.
Use/Operate hand and power tools associated with carpentry,
electrical, plumbing, painting and vehicle repair/maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum of two
years of successful work experience in equipment, vehicle, building
and property maintenance. Valid Illinois driver's license and
