available on weekends as needed and during on-call) About the Role

You’ll Do Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with
care. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and
appliances. Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Provide
helpful, friendly support during resident interactions. Participate
in on-call rotation when your community needs you most. What We’re
Looking For Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC
certification a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and attention
to detail. Reliability and a customer-first attitude. Team spirit
