Job Description:

As a Class A Tanker Driver at Clean Harbors, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous materials across the region. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols to protect the environment and promote sustainability. You'll join a team deeply committed to environmental responsibility, utilizing your skills to manage emergency responses and contribute to essential industrial services. Transport hazardous waste across regional destinations ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate transport logs and documentation required for regulatory compliance and company standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and immediately report any defects or necessary repairs. Ensure the condition of the material being transported complies with company standards and safety regulations. Participate in training and emergency response drills to stay updated with safety protocols. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards. Ability to handle and transport hazardous materials safely. Proficiency in maintaining logs and records. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with regional routes. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. Medical Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements. Clean driving record.
