Glass and Glazing Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Fort Wayne, IN Our client, a fast-growing commercial glass and glazing company in the Indianapolis area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead complex glazing projects. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with proven leadership, communication, and project management skills—particularly within the glass and aluminum systems industry. The Glass and Glazing Project Manager position includes a company-provided truck and gas card, with the flexibility to work from home when not on-site or at the warehouse. Responsibilities: Manage commercial glazing projects up to $4M in size from start to finish Oversee budgets, schedules, quality control, and job site safety Collaborate with estimators, glaziers, contractors, and field teams Ensure adherence to union contracts and industry best practices Monitor material delivery and fabrication timelines Attend site meetings, perform inspections, and lead project planning Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Build strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications: 2 years of experience in commercial glass/glazing project management Proficient in reading blueprints, specs, and construction schedules Familiarity with storefront, curtainwall, and glass/aluminum systems Experience with project management and scheduling software Compensation: Base salary up to 100k/year Benefits INDALL
