Qualification: Required: Minimum of 2 years directly related work experience; or Holds or the ability to obtain a Workplace Specialist License granted by the Indiana Department of Education in Building Trades or related pathway, or valid teacher's license with technology or industrial education endorsement. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.

Preferred: Possesses an earned associate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution; and has
a minimum of 2 years directly related work experience; and holds certification or licensure in construction trades; and has
new construction experience.
