Key responsibilities include: Implementing curriculum with superior content knowledge across multiple literacy concepts. Delivering engaging instruction that supports both general education students and ELL learners. Utilizing fluency in Spanish to enhance communication and learning opportunities. Collaborating with staff and families to foster student success and development. Maintaining a structured, positive classroom environment that encourages student growth. Qualifications and desired experience: Valid Illinois State Teaching License or substitute license (actively applying accepted). Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Proven ability to implement curriculum effectively and demonstrate deep content expertise. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role to support bilingual education.
