The Test Technician will beresponsible for performing daily
functions as well monitor tests andquality assurance of equipment
along with optimizing test processes andprocedures. - This position
will beresponsible for testing and data gathering for major product
developmentprojects from conception through completion with
emphasis on on-timeachievement. - The successful candidatewill work
directly with design engineers on a variety of projects ranging
fromcontinuous improvement of existing products to the development
andimplementation of new components, processes, and products. -

Responsibilities:
- Inspect components prior to assembly
- Test trial products and components on multiple projects during
development
- Record testing data and analyze results to determine whether
products and/or parts meet quality standards and design
criteria
- Maintain testing methods and equipment
- Use testing data to recommend improvements to the production
process
- Manage testing responsibilities with internal talent and
external opportunities.
- Develop and execute testing schedules, based on design
requirements and engineering needs.
- Own development and implementation of testing processes to
support product performance, quality and on time delivery
(QCD).
- Develop and manage testing schedules to ensure all are aligned
to project schedules.
- Utilize and coordinate robust testing practices within
Engineering.
- Interface with multiple team members to obtain testing
requirements and specifications.
- Support safety initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure
test operations are safe and consistent with company standards and
help reduce accidents and injuries. -
- Promptly respond to concerns, issues, and suggestions and acts
to ensure positive team relations.
- Other duties as assigned or needed.
