Job Details We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Mechanical Project
Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a fantastic
opportunity to bring your technical expertise, leadership skills,

efficiency. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be
responsible for overseeing all aspects of mechanical projects, from
design to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time,
within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be
working closely with various teams and stakeholders, managing
resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. If you
have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of engineering
principles, and a talent for project management, we would love to
hear from you. Responsibilities 1. Oversee all stages of project
life cycles, from initiation and planning through execution,
monitoring, control, and closure. 2. Develop comprehensive project
plans, manage and oversee the coordination of personnel, and ensure
projects are completed on time and within budget. 3. Coordinate and
manage the creation of all project deliverables and ensure that
they adhere to the highest quality standards. 4. Manage risks and
issues, devise contingency plans, and identify opportunities to
improve project delivery. 5. Foster positive relationships with
clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction. 6. Lead regular project meetings, set
project goals/milestones, and review project deliverables. 7.
Evaluate project performance and make necessary changes to ensure
project success. 8. Manage project resources, including procuring
necessary materials and equipment and coordinating with the team to
ensure all aspects of the project are covered. Qualifications 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the
engineering industry. 3. Proven experience in plumbing and other
relevant mechanical systems. 4. Proficient in project management
software, like MS Project or Primavera. 5. Excellent leadership,
communication, and negotiation skills. 6. Strong technical
understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines. 8. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred
but not required. 9. PMP (Project Management Professional)
certification is a plus. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to work under pressure. 11. High level of proficiency in
interpreting complex technical specifications and blueprints. 12.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. If you are a
