Job Description:
Kellanova, a titan in the global food industry known for its
iconic brands such as Cheez-It, Pringles, and Eggo, is seeking a
Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor. This pivotal role is
responsible for enhancing the efficiency and lifespan of our
manufacturing systems through strategic maintenance and reliability
planning. The supervisor will design, implement, and manage
maintenance strategies, aligning with Kellanovas commitment to
innovation and excellence. This position serves as a cornerstone by
ensuring operational equipment and systems are reliable and
continuously optimized. Develop and oversee the implementation of
preventive maintenance programs. Analyze system failures and manage
corrective actions to mitigate downtime. Coordinate with production
and engineering teams to align maintenance plans with operational
schedules. Monitor and report on maintenance metrics and
performance indices to ensure targets are met. Manage and train the
maintenance planning team, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and reliability. Optimize resources and inventory to
ensure efficient maintenance operations. Liaise with external
contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of service and
products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent
organizational and leadership abilities Proficient in maintenance
planning software (e.g., CMMS, SAP PM) Understanding of
manufacturing processes and systems Ability to manage budgets and
