MEAT MANAGER / FIRST CUTTER Job Description - 15-17/hr Job
Summary: Is responsible for establishing, implementing, and
coordinating the sales, costs and profit goals in the meat
department through customer relations, proper department
operations, and supervision of assigned employees. Must be Food
Safety Certified. Major duties: Orders all meat products. Receives
and checks all meat deliveries upon arrival to see that all
merchandise is in good condition and that the correct quantities
and weigh
