Value Description: This position creates value by assisting with the efficient and effective coordination of Branch activities along with sourcing and supply of Pac-Van's parts. This value is crated through the ownership of the parts procurement & distribution process along with supporting Branch Operations related to service, fleet maintenance & readiness, and fleet administration. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting with the management of overall branch , fleet and operations to exceed agree upon targets. Also responsible for procuring, stocking & distribution of parts and materials. Parts Inventory management and all administration associated with the process including effective communication with vendors & branch personnel. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYPERFORMANCEEXPECTATIONSEssential Duties: (80%+) Branch Operations Team Assist Branch Manager in determining appropriate size & composition of operations teamRecruit, hire, retain and terminate Set expectations & provide guidance, training, feedback, and motivational support Create sense of individual ownership and accountabilityInstill pride & passion in branch performance Lead by example by performing hands on activities with respect to fleet maintenance, cleaning, and repairs Care and Maintenance of Fleet Equipment (Fleet Readiness)Establish daily/weekly work plan in conjunction with Branch Manager Execute by either directing or performing maintenance, cleaning & repair activitiesDemonstrate & ensure PV quality standards in work completion.
