As a BCBA, you will assess, develop, and monitor behavior protocols and skill acquisition goals based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, you will lead a team of highly trained ABA Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians who are responsible for carrying out the programs/protocols you have designed for each of your clients. BCBAs are also involved in decision making for the building and assist with management of staff. Interested, but not from the area?
