Description

MISSION

Manage the Supply Chain Center of Excellence Team. This team ensures development and implementation of 'Best in Class's Engineered Supply Chain Solutions for new and existing customers, creating Kem Krest's competitive advantage engine.

Outcomes

Outcome: Manage the Supply Chain Center of Excellence Team

• Assemble and maintain a team of Supply Chain experts
• Create and implement processes and Data driven teams to engineer and implement 'Best in Class' Supply Chain Solutions
  Outcome: Collaborate and communicate with organizational directors to establish and implement best practices
  
  Outcome: Plan and prioritize work within the Supply Chain Center of Excellence to meet commitments that are aligned with organizational goals

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
      • 15+ years' experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
      • Data-driven professional with attention to detail
      • People manager able to hire and enable high performing teams
      • Strategic mind execution focused
      • Hands-on and present
      • Able to motivate others
      • Ability to simplify complex tasks through process and standards
      • Collaborative
      • Self-starter with an entrepreneur approach to business
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Project Management software, Power BI and other Data analysis platforms
