• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Track project expenses and manage budgets effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with experience in pool construction a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to pools.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate construction teams.
