          • Supervise: Head Coach, Membership Director, Coaching Team
          • Collaborate With: Local families and clients-building lasting relationships
          • Coordinate With: Area Developer and HQ support teamsThe must-have's:
            • Experience managing and scaling customer-centric teams
            • Strong background in sales or business development
            • Understands the importance of a seamless end-to-end customer experience
            • Brings high energy, clear communication, and positivity every day
            • Knows how to drive performance while cultivating a fun and professional team culture
            • Is adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to growThe nice-to-have's:
              • Coaching, teaching, or performance-based leadership experience
              • Comfort working in an energetic, physical environment
              • Experience with client-facing platforms (e.g., CRM, scheduling, performance tracking)
