Job Description:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality
system.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSImplementing methods to
inspect, test and evaluate products and production
equipmentEnsuring that products adhere to quality
standardsPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing dataI mplement and maintain ISO9001:2015
standardImplement and maintain 5S activitiesREQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with quality standards and processes to
follow federal, state and local regulationsCommunication skills to
convey information in reports, meetings and status reportsKnowledge
of the product to perform accurate quality controlAnalysis,
critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems,
find flaws and post solutions to those flawsInterpersonal
skillsAbility to handle stressAbility to operate under deadlines
while still meeting standardsComputer skills including Microsoft
OfficeAble to lead root cause analysis investigations5 years of
prior quality control experience preferredISO9001 certified
auditorPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to stand or walk for extended
periods of timeOccasional squatting, kneeling, bending and
stoopingLifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 25 lbs
