What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at
American Senior Communities?
Making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve by
providing them care and compassion
Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping
onboard new teammates.
Ensure clinical and curriculum is designed to assist Nurse Aide
student build knowledge and clinical skill set aimed at passing the
certification exam to become successful Certified Nursing
Assistants
Uses principles of adult education to create an optimal learning
opportunity for staff
- -Requirements
Current RN or LPN license
Clinical experience highly preferred in the Long-Term Care
setting.
Customer Service focused and -the ability to demonstrate the core
values listed above is a must!
