Job Description:

Join our healthcare team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Medical Social Worker (MSW) in Lafayette, LA, and apply your social work skills in a caring environment.
Responsibilities include completing accurate documentation, conducting patient assessments, communicating with patients and families, managing casework for terminally ill patients, and participating in discharge planning and in-service programs.
