Job Description:
Seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses
(LVN) in Spring, TX, and nearby areas for full-time and part-time
home health care roles.
Provide one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and
adolescents in their homes based on physician plans.
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, treatments,
and therapies.
Educate families, coordinate care, and promote preventative health
initiatives.
