Looking to fill Nursing hours Tuesdays 12p-5p, Wednesday 3p-9p. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality of care for our patient/clients by matching people with meaningful, long-lasting, and enjoyable careers, not just a job.*Responsibilities** Take and record vital signs* Monitor patients condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members* Administer prescribed medications including injections, enemas/suppositories, etc as ordered by Physician* Trach and vent care with suctioning* Feeding tube care and Wound care* Hoyer transfers* Repositioning and turning client in bed* Provide emotional and psychological support when needed* Understands First Aid and Emergency Care protocols* Complete electronic documentation while on shift*Skills** Successful completion of LPN or RN license program is a must* 1 year experience as LPN or RN* Familiarity with home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures* Understanding of confidentiality and Privacy Laws and nursing best practices* Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work as a team* Ability to learn electronic verification charting software* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Compassionate and able to handle tough situations if needed* Trach and vent care experience is a MUSTJob Type: Part-timePay: $34.00 - $42.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 27 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time offSchedule:* Day shift* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as needed* Weekends onlyApplication Question(s):* Do you own your own reliable vehicle?* How would you prefer to be contacted for your initial prequalification?
