Nurse Navigator to join our Team This is a full time role, 5 days a
week - 40 hours. Oncology experience is required. We do ask that
all applicants have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience. Some of
the duties include: Triage patient medical issues (via phone or in
person) Provides disease management Provides patients with an
understanding of oncology education Works in collaboration with
