Job Description:

Job Responsibilities: Assist physicians in performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular and radiologic procedures including angiograms, angioplasties, stent placements, and embolizations. Prepare and maintain sterile fields; set up and operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Monitor and record patient vital signs and hemodynamic data throughout procedures. Administer contrast media and medications under physician supervision in both cardiac and vascular procedures. Operate fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography (DSA), and other imaging systems to capture high-quality diagnostic images. Provide support for procedures such as central line placements, biopsies, drain insertions, and vascular access interventions. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education before, during, and after procedures. Accurately document procedures, maintain records in EMR, and ensure charge capture. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care across Cath Lab and IR departments. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergent cases, including stroke alerts or trauma-related interventions.
