This position supports patients in Lagrange, Brookfield, Berwyn,
Cicero, Hillside, Countryside, and surrounding areas and is
eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the
accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well

compassionate physical therapists with: - Bachelor’s degree or
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college
required - Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which
you will be working. - Minimum of one year healthcare experience -
Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day
driving to/from patient locations - A commitment to consistently
meet critical deadlines for charting - The skills needed to
