Job Description Protouch Staffing is seeking a local contract
nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in New
Lenox, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Labor
and Delivery - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per
week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract
Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery
(L&D) experience – Required - Active Illinois RN License at the
time of submission – Required - Illinois Nurse Agency License must
be included in the submission profile – Required - Must be fully
COVID-19 vaccinated – Required - Certifications: BLS, NRP, and ACLS
– Required - Prior travel experience – Preferred
Registration/Certification Requirements: - ACLS (Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Active Illinois RN License Unit
Information: - Patient Ratios: - 2:1 during labor - 1:1 for
delivery or C-section - Skills/Procedures: - Fetal Monitoring - IV
Magnesium administration - Circulating and recovering C-sections -
Epidural care (2:1) - IV Pitocin administration EMR: Cerner About
