Wellness - Full Time Hours:3 days per week, .6 FTE (More hours
could be available if interested) Employed Call Schedule: Phone
Only | Rotated Weekly Every 7 Weeks Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:
$2500 Compensation: $110k - $120k salary (Package prorate for .6
FTE) -Sign-on bonus -Up to $12,000 earned productivity bonus -

routine primary care as guided by policies and procedures along
with the supervising Physician - Provide Family Planning services
as requested according to protocol - Provide prenatal services as
requested according to protocol -Provide care to both a pediatric
and adult patient panel QUALIFICATIONS: - IL License REQUIRED - At
least 1 year of experience in primary care as an NP
