NICU, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive view
of patients, families, and caregivers through establishing strong
partnerships dedicated to optimal care. The Nurse Leader
facilitates the delivery of optimal patient care by the healthcare
team through delegation, facilitation, collaboration, critical
thinking, and prioritization. Responsible for the management of
care and the care environment, ensuring effective communication
among all healthcare team members. This role involves planning and
providing excellent professional nursing care for patients in
accordance with physician orders, hospital and departmental
policies and procedures, relevant standards of clinical practice,
and ethical codes. This is a direct hire position that may be
