Job Description 10 Openings of Board Certified Behavior Analyst Therapist (BCBA) Michigan – Statewide $80,000–$85,000 base bonuses What You’ll Do: Deliver home & clinic-based ABA services to children with ASD Create & adjust individualized behavior plans Supervise and support therapists Collaborate with families, teams & funding sources Requirements: BCBA certification or Master’s with ABA coursework Strong ABA & DTT knowledge Valid driver’s license reliable transportation Strong communication & leadership skills Bilingual candidates eligible for higher pay Perks: Flexible schedule $8,000 bonus potential Paid training, mileage reimbursement Career growth & professional development
