Job Description:

looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join

Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions,
administering treatments, monitoring and ensuring quality care, and
collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Perform
comprehensive patient assessments to determine their health status
and needs. Implement nursing care plans and oversee patient care
interventions based on assessment data. Administer medications,
track vaccinations, and conduct routine procedures. Monitor and
report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Ensure that health
and safety guidelines are followed at all times. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Provide
emotional support and education to patients and their families
regarding care processes and treatments. Strong proficiency in
clinical skills and nursing protocols. Ability to effectively
communicate and document medical information. High empathy and the
ability to support elderly patients with diverse needs. Knowledge
of safety protocols related to infection control. Proficiency in
using healthcare software and electronic health records. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. CPR certification
preferred.
