Job Description Job Description Salary: Image Guided Surgery Tech Responsibilities: Independently guide andassistsurgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical supportofIGS cases. Serve as the sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and assuring that the proper equipment is available and functioning. Increasing IGS sales throughassistingthe sales teams and building own accountsby means ofworking with existing customers as well asidentifynew customersin order togrow your territory Communicating with current and new IGS customer accountsregardinga variety of topics including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs Learn or hone selling skills and processes by coaching/mentoring support from IGS Sales Representatives and Managers Provide on-site consulting,guidanceandassistanceto physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgeryin order tomaximize IGS (Image Guided Surgery) product efficiency and usage. Direct andassistRadiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to surgery Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical and Information Technologies staff, on the use of IGS products and services. Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure theterritoriesneeds are being met while communicating case outcomes. Maintaining customer relationships with hospitals and surgeons in their territory. Act as primary customer liaison,maintainingcontact withcustomer, assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and working to increase case volume in the territory Troubleshoot andutilizeindependent judgment to respond to physician needs; address customer requests; effectively manage hospital billing, create / close purchase orders. Ability toparticipatein and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, asrequired Maintaining system and equipment cleanliness Absolute responsiveness Perform other duties and responsibilities asrequired Requirements: Bachelorsdegree and/or OR experience Proficient in the use of PC software applications including Microsoft Office Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions Technical degree preferred
