ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients Document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress Perform annual reviews of all staff members Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and 5 days per week in the clinic itself Additional incentives and bonuses provided QUALIFICATIONS: Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations Maintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environment Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degree Proof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois Current CPR/BLS Certification An entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitude Preferred Qualifications, but not required: 1 years of outpatient PT leadership/supervision experience Sports Medicine experience Orthopedic experience Dry Needling certification WHAT WE OFFER: Unlimited online CEU courses and paid advanced certification opportunities A chance to be a leader in your OWN clinic!
