Therapist at Marcotte Medical Group, you will play a critical role
in improving patients' physical health and quality of life through
personalized therapeutic interventions. You will assess, diagnose,
and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each
patient's unique needs, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing
pain, and preventing disability. Collaborating closely with a
multidisciplinary team, you will ensure coordinated care that
supports optimal recovery and functional independence. Your
expertise will guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and
educate them on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Ultimately, your work will contribute to enhancing patient outcomes
and promoting long-term health within the community. Minimum
Qualifications: Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in the location
of employment. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and
therapeutic exercise principles. Experience with patient assessment
and development of individualized treatment plans. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with
patients and healthcare team members. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting. Certification
in specialized therapy techniques. Familiarity with electronic
medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to work with diverse patient
populations across all age groups. Commitment to continuing
education and professional growth. Responsibilities: Conduct
thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and
functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical
guidelines. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and
modalities to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve
optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families on home
exercise programs, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes. Stay
current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and
participate in ongoing professional development. Skills: The
required skills enable the Physical Therapist to accurately assess
patient conditions and design effective treatment plans that
promote recovery and functional improvement. Strong communication
skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery.
Proficiency in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
allows for hands-on treatment that addresses specific patient
needs. Preferred skills, such as experience with specialized
