Job Description Pediatrician (MD/DO) Outpatient Clinic- South Bend, IN Full-Time | Mon-Fri (Days) Pay: $237,000 - 270,000 Annual We are seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician (MD/DO) to join a 100% outpatient clinic in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality pediatric care and work-life balance. Clinic Hours: Mon: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Tue-Thu: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Sat (1st & 3rd only): 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Job Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Perform well-child visits, physical exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings Develop and manage treatment plans and follow-up care Educate patients and families on health, nutrition, and disease prevention Collaborate with integrated Behavioral Health and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Pediatrics Indiana license or license-eligible Active DEA license 1-2 years experience preferred FQHC/CHC/PCMH experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Minimum salary: $237,836/year $100K loan repayment assistance $5K CME 40 CME hours $5K relocation reimbursement Guaranteed 2.5% annual increase FTCA malpractice with tail coverage Day 1 benefits, 403(b) match, PTO, EAP
