Lutheran Hospital Pulmonary Critical Care is seeking multiple Locum Tenens Physicians to assist with extra volume coverage. This is an inpatient-only role with no outpatient duties. Physicians will cover a busy, high-acuity 80-bed ICU with a strong support staff in place.

• Start Date: November 1, 2025

• End Date: Ongoing

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7 pm 7 am), 7 on / 7 off

• Current Dates Needing Coverage:

• Trauma Level: II

• Pediatric Level: II

• Department Beds: 275

• Average Census: 30 patients per shift

• EMR: Cerner

• Supervision: Required for APPs (1 NP/PA per shift)

• Support Staff: 1 RN + 1 office staff

• Board Status: BC/BE- Critical Care Medicine or Pulmonary Critical Care

• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

• License: Active Indiana license required (no IMLC accepted)

• Privileges: Temporary privileges available ( days)

• Insurance: Provided by IPL

• Travel & Lodging: Covered

• Call: None (scheduled clinical hours only)

• Holidays Recognized: New Year s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
