Job Description:
*PERFORMANCE SUMMARY**: *This position is directly responsible
for providing exceptional customer service to DCI's customers.
*RESPONSIBILITIES*:
* Act as the first focal point for the external customer and sales
in providing prompt, professional and courteous phone service.
* Work closely within a team to provide excellent customer
service.
* Establish and maintain a high level of product and technical
knowledge to effectively meet customer service expectations.
* Prepare written correspondence to customers.
* Provide support on special projects as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.15 per hour
