You'll Do: As an HR/Recruiting Generalist, you will plan,
coordinate, and administer A+ best practices in HR administrtion,
recruiting, and day-to-day support for our clients and team. Your
Accountabilities In The Role:
- You will research, plan, coordinate, and handle HR
administrative items for our clients and team to ensure client due
dates & business goals are attained.
- You will handle day to day hourly recruiting, related
administration, and screening processes, aligning to each client's
needs.
- You will plan and complete basic project work in a high-quality
A+ way, meeting the goals and due dates established.
- You will collaborate with the internal team and manager to
ensure best practice solutions are being utilized.
- You will handle day to day reception and administration for the
business to help support the team.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Associates degree in HR
Management, Business, Organizational Management or other relevant
field; will consider a combination of HR course work and/or direct
HR administrative work experience
- Certifications: NA
- Experience: 0-1 years of HR or Recruiting experience preferred
or an administrative background that involves collaborating,
researching, and executing on best practices and details, while
working independently.
- Functional Skills: Solid ability to research, plan, coordinate
and handle day to day HR/Recruiting activities in a complete,
accurate, and on-time way. Excellent with data and details. Strong
ability to manage multiple items and prioritize and execute on work
in an efficient way.
- Technical Skills: Proficient PC and Microsoft (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) skills, comfortable with online
applications/technology, and fundamental experience with online
file storage is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication
skills
- Leadership/Behaviors: Self-directed, has a drive to achieve
results, can manage both short-and long-term projects; able to work
independently, customer-focused, with the ability to stay focused
to manage time. Able to address obstacles and seek help to ensure a
well-done process. Will possess a collaborative/positive
personality to work with the team to deliver best practices,
flexible on daily work, reliable in meeting work demands and being
there for our team and customers, accountable for projects/work,
friendly and empathetic for great customer-service. If this sounds

Information: Position Status & Salary: $30k - $70k base and bonus;
Salary is commensurate with proven expertise and
positive/professional behavior skills that fit the position. - And,
the compensation will grow as the team member grows!Reports To:
CEOCore Schedule: Monday - Friday; hybrid work in the office and at
home; will consider Full or Part-time Core Business Hours: 8:00 -
6:00 pm; will work a flexible schedule within this time frame; 40 -
43 hours on average Travel: 2-3 days per week to the Elkhart
Office; Other Days from Home for Full-time positions
